If Jack Brisco was world champion, why did Harley Race have the belt for his promo?

Race was the champion and put the bounty on Flair. Brisco had beaten Race for the belt in the mid-70s, and Race was referring to Briscoe being a former champ who had the ability to put Flair out. It was just Race mangling the English language a bit.

Bob Orton and Dick Slater did beat up Flair and piledrove him a bunch to collect the $25 Gs. (Probably went towards Randy's RKO lessons). The did the angle where Flair thought of retirement (yes, in 1983), and came back then beat Race at the first Starrcade in 1983.

Now that I think about it, knowing how fans were back then, it's a miracle some crazed fan didn't attack Flair to try to get the money.

I don't root for people to get hurt, but no one in WWE history would benefit more from a bad muscle tear than Roman Reigns right now.

If ever someone needed a heel turn it's him.

Then again, we said the same about Cena around 2009.

I do find it interesting how the storyline is that he has lost confidence, seeing that a year ago, he was riding high after beating Taker.

So we finally get brother vs. brother with Bray and Bo.

Welp, just one kick, and a throwaway brotherly love line from Cole.

    Yay! Roman doesn't win!

No! That means we have to live through a Roman-Jinder program!

So are they gonna do 4 ladder matches on the same show at MITB?

That’s either gonna be awesome and really innovative, or cut the legs out of the matches (trying not to duplicate spots).

Popped for Roman losing but Brauns in the Raw ladder match and he’s not he gets the Brock match doesnt he? Which blows

I believe they said they're doing two: one men's and one women's. I think they're going to mix Raw and Smackdown wrestlers in each match.

Figure they have five or six from each brand. They did two tonight, and they're having two qualifying matches on Smackdown tomorrow (Miz/someone I can't remember, and Bryan/Rusev)

Looks like 4 per side, 2 matches. I think thats for the best and I think I FF’d through Cole’s first explanation.

I FF’d thru a lot of Raw today, I’ll admit

Yeah, it was OK, but not a top effort. I've seen worse, and I've seen better.
