I think they are too busy studying and working to spend anytime worrying about what some lazy and privileged white folks are doing

    This thread is hilarious.

The woke can't decide exactly who should be offended.

In what way is that a change of heart?

It can be reasonably assumed that somebody should be offended ... and, of course, it stands to reason that some whitey's the offender.

The story and this thread both exist specifically to justify this feeling

    No, that's not really it.

White guys really struggle with the notion that a point from a different perspective may have validity.

Specifically, in regards to the Childish Gambino video, since that's how it came up: it's an artistic statement from a black, male perspective on violence and media portrayal of blacks, among other things. There's a lot going on. I found myself thinking about it for hours.. but ultimately, my opinion of it doesn't mean shit. I'm here to look at it and try to understand it, and to realize that this is a statement from someone whose life experience is drastically different from mine. There's a lot for me to learn from it, and to project my opinion on it is an absolutely worthless exercise.

    But sure, "fuck these assholes."

Every Hardee’s or Carl’s Jr. in America has a group of six old white men who sit around every day drinking coffee and quoting SJ.com conservative and centrist opinions verbatim.
