Gambling was one of the few vices I have never had. Until now.

What casinos have failed, bankrupt, for a reason other than organized crime.

The House always wins. Trump had a corner on the Atlantic City casino business. He failed because he’s a failure.

Now Sen. Hatch says he will introduce legislation in opposition to SCOTUS ruling. What would said legislation have to include (and exclude) in order to pass future judicial muster?

Would be interested in seeing which -- if any -- states have given the ok to sports betting by referendum rather than vote of the legislatures.

I am seeing taxes.. the pro leagues wanting to wet their beak..... this sounds fucking expensive.

Although lets face it, most people are going to get tax *relief* because of their losses.

In the immortal words of Judge Smails, "You'll get nothing and like it."

I've said since Day 1 there's no reason for any of the leagues to get anything out of this and I'm sticking to it.

Congress can regulate gambling. It just can’t direct the states on how they should do so.

I guess the leagues can charge the house for the use of the team name and the league name or forbid their use for a money making operation. Like the NFL bitch slaps neighborhood bars for showing the game on Sunday without tithing money to St Shield.
If I’m non Pro caliber Starter on a good college team, especially a kicker, I’m looking to make money on this.
