The difference in positions is what would put Cano ahead.

Worth asking again why seemingly 80 percent of the guys who get busted for PEDs in baseball are from the Dominican Republic.

What's the overall percentage of MLers?

Alright. Well this has turned into an HOF debate.

Your question was whether Cano's suspension is a bigger deal than Braun's. The answer there is a definitive no.

What Bryce Harper is now, that's what Braun was in 2011 when the first test came to light. And then it was a two-year raging controversy.

If Cano were still a Yankee or in his prime, it wouldn't be close.

So what you're saying is ... if the circumstances we're comparing were entirely different, the outcome and our perception would be different.

    Totally agree.

Counting Cano, the last 4 have been Dominican — Jorge Polanco, David Paulino and Starling Marte.

Then you can add Raul Mondesi Jr., Jennry Mejia, Abraham Almonte, Ervin Santana, Antonio Bastardo, Jhonny Peralta, Nelson Cruz, Bartolo Colon, Melky Cabrera, Guillermo Mota, Manny Ramirez and Edinson Volquez, among others.

It may not be 80 percent, but it's a plurality anyway.

About 11 percent of MLB players are Dominican.

Official. And that PED is one I'd not heard of before.

Cano statement. Says he was taking the drug after being prescribed by a doctor.

After some half-assed internet research, it appears Furosemide is used to treat kidney and heart ailments.
