Trump didn't frame his tweet as a Memorial Day message.

The left wing radio host and columnist specifically did.

The right wing nuts haven’t been at the forefront of adoptions. The hateful republicans in congress removed the adoption tax credit. None of the states really do foster care well but the antiabortion states don’t seem to care about those lives.

Seems Trump could end the policy with one phone call. A decent person would make that call.
