What if that President's children take government positions of power? What if they fly around the world representing the official interests of the United States? Will they still be off limits from petty insults flung by ratings-hunting z-list celebs?

What if the family uses its position of power to create opportunities for personal enrichment?

Lest we forget that this latest outbreak of whataboutism is ultimately in defense of a clearly racist tweet. Doesn't that make its defenders racists themselves?

Thank god -- we've all been waiting years for you to say this.

If he truly felt he did nothing wrong, he probably had the financial wherewithal to plead not guilty and go to trial or I'm sure he could have received enough in donations to afford the best defense possible.
He spent eight months in a halfway house and filmed Fox News segments while he was there. That's hardly a draconian punishment.
His actions put him where he was. Not Obama's vindictiveness.

Again, he may have been guilty as hell, and the prosecution may have been the most honorable ever conducted.

But, his agreeing to do eight months, instead of risking five years, isn’t evidence of that.

    What evidence would you need?

Yeah, because I am a shaper of public opinion with a vast influence among Democratic voters. Your delusions truly know no bounds.

YankeeFan thinks Samantha Bee is going to turn the midterms in favor of Republicans. Finally, we have an example of something funny related to Samantha Bee.
