The state where I was born and raised is the First State once more.

I do wonder how states are going to roll things out. Start simply - 20 or so games a day with spreads - to give people a taste and slowly add more options as people grow accustomed to it - or throw everything in, over-unders, live betting etc. With it legal in all 50 states, I can imagine the smaller states will have more incentive to offer better odds to get people to cross state lines.

Then pick up some sales-tax free goods with your winnings.

Or in some cases, you'll probably have to cross state lines to bet your school. Delaware, at least for now, isn't posting lines for Blue Hens games.

Will Delaware stop screwing people with the tolls on 95 now?

Quick detour by the old Chrysler plant in Newark can get you around the tolls.

What, you don't think it's fair to pay $5 to drive 15 miles of highway?

I said that first time I drove by with my wife. She didn’t get it and I questioned the relationship.

Never! It's our birthright!!! Incidentally, Delaware also has a progressive rate income tax with a pretty high top end. Except if you're a farmer. Good news for chicken factories, bad news for DuPont execs, who somehow manage to hold up under the strain.
