So they seem to think that an ex-President can be impeached?
1). Pretty sure they can't.
2). If he's not President anymore why not just indict him?
3). There is no evidence Obama ordered the FBI to put spies in Trump's campaign.
4). Before you dismiss this site as "nobody who matters" remember it does have White House press credentials and much of you people hear on Fox News was first reported on this site.

It's been my experience that people who call themselves "Constitutional conservatives" couldn't tell the Bill of Rights from their cable bill.

 

They seem to think the Bill of Rights has one amendment: the one that facilitates murder and suicide like no other.

 

Anyone weirded out that the Trump defense(s) seem to be growing more chaotic and desperate in recent weeks despite no apparent prompting (at least made public)? They change the argument week to week, before there has been any known reason to dump the previous argument.

It's stupid, but you can impeach someone who is out of office.

The only punishment for impeachment is removal from office and being banned from holding future federal office.

I think the goal -- dumb as it is -- is that an impeachment would be the basis for a criminal referral.
