Agree... but repeatedly piling brush 5'x10'x5' in the view line from the guy's deck was trollish as hell. Starting another pile after he'd hauled it away once and burned it in place once was deliberately screwing with the guy. Put it this way - legally he may be in the right, but I wouldn't want the asshole for my neighbor. Two years in jail is kinda steep.
