Like I said a few days ago, it says a lot about this president that I actually have to go to his Twitter feed to confirm that this is fake.

You're right Vombatus, though it was cool for him to say that about his opponent during the election.

Nahhh, I want people to own their words. I have zero tolerance for statements like that about any president.

    Fair enough.

Roger Stone and Michael Caputo are both out today with a cock-and-bull story about how they were approached by a Russian who offered to sell the Trump campaign dirt on Hillary for two million dollars. Caputo set up a meeting with Stone, who told the WaPo on Sunday that he’d met with the man, Henry Greenberg, but rejected his offer. “You don’t understand Donald Trump. He doesn’t pay for anything,” Stone recalled telling Greenberg. Both Stone and Caputo now claim the meeting was a set-up by law enforcement officials who were out to get Trump. The problem with that spin is that the meeting took place before the Trump/Russia investigation started, Caputo and Stone did not report being approached to law enforcement, and they both omitted this meeting from their testimony in front of Congress.

Mueller questioned them about this, and now suddenly they remember all, conducted an investigation of Greenberg, and discovered that he was a long time FBI informant who was trying to entrap them... before the investigation started.
