ICE PR flack 1: Of all the days for our Photoshop guy to be out sick! We can’t send this out with the Nazi tattoo visible.
ICE PR flack 2: I don’t know, man, it’s already set up in Hootsuite. Let’s just roll with it and hope no one notices.

EDIT: ICE says it's the symbol for his platoon in Afghanistan. Seems plausible enough to me.

    No collusion!
    • For most of last year, Ross served as secretary of commerce while maintaining stakes in companies co-owned by the Chinese government, a shipping firm tied to Vladimir Putin’s inner circle, a Cypriot bank reportedly caught up in the Robert Mueller investigation and a huge player in an industry Ross is now investigating. It’s hard to imagine a more radioactive portfolio for a cabinet member.
    • To this day, Ross’ family apparently continues to have an interest in these toxic holdings. Rather than dump them all, the commerce secretary sold some of his interests to Goldman Sachs – and, according to Ross himself, put others in a trust for his family members. He continued to deal with China, Russia and others while evidently knowing that his family’s interests were tied to those countries.
    • In addition, five days before reports surfaced last fall that Ross was connected to cronies of Vladimir Putin, through a shipping firm called Navigator Holdings, the secretary of commerce, who likely knew about the reporting, shorted stock in the Kremlin-linked company, positioning himself to make money on the investment when share prices dropped.

That Cypriot bank that is reportedly caught up in Mueller's investigation used to be a hotbed of Russian oligarch and gangster money. It's not even a secret. Wilbur Ross is a corrupt slime ball who has a knack for showing up in every shady situation on earth. I actually don't think Ross would have had anything to do with any Russian shenanigans with Trump's campaign, if that kind of stuff exists. But if you could dig into Wilbur Ross's business dealings, I would bet you'd find all kinds of under-the-table deals with a cast of international gangsters (of which Russians play heavily).

The thing to know about Wilbur Ross is that without Wilbur Ross, the myth of Donald Trump might not exist. Trump pitches himself as a successful businessman -- from what I am told it was part of his appeal as a candidate, as ridiculous as that myth is. But in the early 90s, Trump's AC casinos were about to be foreclosed on (had already defaulted on their bonds), until Ross stepped in and saved his ass. Ross made off with a lot of money personally, by brokering a deal that saved Trump from bankruptcy (keeping the Trump brand name intact). Bondholders took a huge haircut and Trump got to keep a share in the Taj Mahal. Without Wilbur Ross having brokered that deal, Trump may have never recovered and we wouldn't be dealing with our current national nightmare.

Sure. My taxes are lower, wages are up, my 401(k) is up, stocks are up, unemployment is down, AND liberals are crying and whining. What's not to love?

Well thank god we got a deeply corrupt, venal piece of human garbage who is a novice as well. I think back fondly to the times when some poster wanted a “strong” president.

I would like to believe that, but I don’t.

I’d like to see him coming out of the bunker with Kellyanne Braun or Eva Huckabee

Children kept in dog kennels and being told not to hug their distraught younger siblings.

Wages actually falling for a huge segment of the population ... For the biggest group of American workers, wages aren’t just flat. They’re falling.

    The rise of white nationalism.

The growing list of Only The Best People who've been fired or left their jobs due to various ethical violations and/or crimes.

SCOTUS avoids addressing any substantive issues in the Wisconsin gerrymandering case, instead finding the plaintiffs failed to prove standing. The case was remanded and these plaintiffs given another chance to show they have standing to bring a challenge (with a cite to a tax case!):

"Where a plaintiff has failed to demonstrate standing, this Court usually directs dismissal. See, e.g., DaimlerChrysler Corp. v. Cuno, 547 U. S. 332, 354. Here, however, where the case concerns an unsettled kind of claim that the Court has not agreed upon, the contours and justiciability of which are unresolved, the case is remanded to the District Court to give the plaintiffs an opportunity to prove concrete and particularized injuries using evidence that would tend to demonstrate a burden on their individual votes."

hey, I like your picture, it is similar to mine, giant gorilla holding a volkswagon. You can't see it in the picture but he has his hand out also, though we have never tested the strength of the hand.
