Welcome people to America with open arms, give them a special social security number and have them paid over the table at all times. Just set up a special tax rate of 50 percent more than an American citizen. Have them pay this for five years and then they are down to a normal tax rate after five years. If they fuck up with the law, then they go back home. The family can choose to stay here or go back with the person who screwed up.

They must get paid at least minimum wage in jobs the government helps them find. If they are not employees for a good reason at any point in the five years, they go home.

They are a tax burden when they arrive, but if employees they won’t be.

Just saying no doesn’t work. This is the same game plan as thecwar on drugs, and we wound up losing that one. Bigly.
