    Will be 72 in December. Would need to be replaced a lot sooner than say, Kavanaugh, who is viewed as the favorite and just turned 53

    None. Except your heroes who separate parents from kids; very fine Nazis and the Iowa Congressman who supports them; the state legislative candidate in NC who rants incessantly about the inferiority of black people; the protesters outside a Virginia restaurant who express their hatred for gay people; and the alleged Christians who proclaim that all Jews, Muslims, Mormons, etc., are going to burn in hell. Nope. Nothing more hateful than a libruhl.

    Gardner cracked down because the marijuana business brings in big-time cash to the state. It's a multi-BILLION dollar industry.

    And if he's on the wrong side of things, he's already out of office even though he's not up until 2020. And even then, he's probably out, especially if he goes against Hick and the demographics of this state continue to trend to the West Coast state looking to split three ways.

    Pot is big business. Just like sports gambling will be.
