    The BI article is a two week old re-write of the Times article.

    The NBC tween provides no evidence of negotiations between Kennedy and Trump's "team", nor evidence that Trump had assured Kennedy that Kavanaugh would be his replacement.

    I mean, honestly, people think Kennedy demanded a specific replacement, in return for his retirement?

    You guys have lost your damn minds.

    Bizarre, unsettling story. Not national news, either. The Washington Post is starting to get like the evening TV news. If it bleeds - anywhere in America, apparently, from 5 days ago - it can lead.
