    Trump has a limited understanding of trade policy and international affairs and relations. He knows enough about tariffs to exempt his daughter’s business and bail out ZTE, where he has self interest.

    I'm certain Trump's long history as an awesome negotiator has you convinced. He should turn his awesome negotiating powers to enacting Trump care, we we all have better care and it's cheaper.
