I could spend the rest of the day posting photos of US officials "running amok" in Ukraine (Biden, McCain, Nuland, etc.).

 

There’s no allegation in this indictment that any American citizen committed a crime. There’s no allegation that the conspiracy changed the vote count or affected any election result.

He didn't say no American had committed a crime. He said this particular indictment excludes certain allegations. These are two very different things. He chose his words very carefully.
