I wonder if he could have had some kind of reasonable disagreement, without mocking Romney's take.

When they joked that the 1980's wanted their foreign policy back, it was a clear message that they thought the Cold War was over, and that Russia was no longer a geopolitical foe.

I don't know anything about that.

I did hear Morning Joe say today that all of the evidence is out there, for everyone to see. Now, I don't doubt the IC's assessment, but, unless I'm misinformed, I don't think they've put out all the evidence either.

    Probably not.

I’m talking specifically about this, which my aunt and other assorted dumbshits, including our president, have been parroting for days:

Most reasonable thing I've read all day. And something that seems to be getting no traction.

    Give it Manhattan Project priority.

And we are entitled to this hegemony from 6,000 miles away because . . . ?

And other nations located MUCH CLOSER to this unstable region are not because . . . ?

Well, to be fair, I wouldn't blame that on Bill Mitchell. Trump said the same thing yesterday.

I don't doubt that the FBI has it right.

I guess my suspicion would be more along the lines of there being other things on the server they didn't want the FBI to see.

There may also be posters with loved ones who suffered from MS. Did you give the same response when that was speculated about a certain political figure?

    So, answer me this.

The prevailing theory is that Putin "has something on Trump".

And, he's had whatever he has since 2013, or earlier.

Now, as we've seen, the Mueller investigation has been able to identify the specific Russian military members who hacked the DNC and Podesta.

Our IC, and our international partners, have all kinds of capabilities.

We began looking into this around July, 2016.

So, if Putin really does "have something on Trump" how is it possible that our IC, along with Obama/Comey/Brennan/Clapper don't know what this something is, and it's never leaked?

Even with the specific charges in the dossier -- the pee pee tape! -- the IC has uncovered no evidence that Trump is compromised.
