I don’t know the backstory to this, but pointing out that someone has/had parents willing to help them out to achieve goals/success is about as effective an insult as mocking someone for being devoted to their children.

 

That bolded part may explain a lot. Are they in separate rooms at the White House too? Or is this all TMI?
