I’m not really sure why anyone should be concerned about this. Taxing corporations is a pretty inefficient way to tax the wealthy, if that’s your policy goal. Corporations are fictional entities owned by dispersed groups of shareholders—so taxing them falls equally upon the rich guy with millions of shares and the middle class family with 1. They both lose, say, 20 percent (or whatever) of their share of the profits if you tax the company.
