Lead pipe lock, no. Serious consideration, yes. Especially if there's a year where no other female personality stands out. Say what you will about her character, but she took it and ran with it. So much so that she was well beyond just being "Eddie's widow" and became an effectively hated manager and GM.

How are they going to get around Strowman cashing in tonight, if Lesnar shows up, without blowing the heat for everything that's still to come?

I can see it happening. She was a great heel (her screeching voice helped a lot). I think she did well to remove herself from Eddie’s shadow. I think it’ll happen eventually.

Agree with both. She started out as Eddy's widow. As she continued, she earned her own career.

I think it’s a travesty that Kid Rock went before Cyndi Lauper.

At this point, I think a WWE Hall of Famer -- especially in the modern era from about 1985 on -- can be loosely defined as anyone who had a memorable gimmick or character and managed to stick around for about 10 years. I think Vicky easily qualifies under that definition. She wouldn't be the headliner of whatever class she goes in with, but she was good and memorable enough at what she did to get in.
And if they keep trying to add one woman per year, she'll definitely go in. That talent pool is going to thin out in a hurry considering they've only got maybe a dozen candidates from the last 20 years and half of them are already in. No disrespect to them, but if Ivory and Beth Phoenix are in the Hall of Fame, then Vicky deserves a spot there as well.

Since Alicia Fox is back in our lives, I feel it's appropriate to post this:

And that's the one member of that season who made the main roster. Process that for a moment.

Just got done reading this. Excellent article/tribute to Nikolai Volkoff. Had no idea he became as red-blooded an American and Ronald Reagan fan as there ever was.
