There isn't any such reluctance. This is QYFY trying to hang a racist label on everybody to his left, or at least trying to support his whiny, inaccurate claim that Conservatives are treated unfairly on SJ.com.

Really? It gets brought up a lot? Huh. And if it the reality is as obvious and longstanding as you say, why are so many posters so reticent to just say so?

 

Honest answer: I disagree with @YankeeFan totally about politics. Regular life? I don't know. We probably have some things in common, but I don't really know what, because he doesn't post about much else. We both have kids? I seem to agree with @heyabbott when it comes to Trump being a fucking awful president. I've seen you call him racist, but I have no idea if that's true. If he is a racist, obviously I disagree with him strongly there. I have gleaned from the rest of this thread that he posts on the NBA thread a lot. I have never once clicked on it. I have zero idea what's been going on over there. I can't think of anything else where I've thought I have anything in common or out of sync with him. I don't know anything about his off-board life. So... I don't know? That's the answer. I'm sure it's some kind of gotcha you're going for, but I'll take your question at face value and that's my best answer.

One of the things that amazes me about some posters on this site: Their seemingly encyclopedic knowledge of other posters and their histories. I have a few people I know well on here, but most of it goes in and out with me. This place is a fun distraction for me, not my entire social circle. I have enough shit going on in my real life to keep track of every drama here.

 

Are "so many posters" really reticent? You were asking typefitter over and over. He just answered.

I ignore the NBA thread, too. But ‘yab posts on this thread daily. And pc among a number of others says his racism has been known (and called out) for years. And you’ve been around here a long time. Something doesn’t add up.

And using your argument from earlier in this thread, if there is a known racist in our midst, and you either can’t see it, try to talk around it and/or have no problem with that individual’s views in other areas, you are almost certainly a racist yourself.

I mean, how can you possibly not see it? You’d have to be a complete fool not to notice something so obvious, right?
