I don't think YF is that familiar with the rules of evidence. Donald Trump's name will not come up in this trial unless it is part of the case that Manafort used his campaign position to illegally profit in some way. And even that is unlikely. Remember, this is Manafort trial one. Trial two has yet to start.

He did use his campaign position to illegally profit in some way.

Yes, but is that among the charges in THIS trial? The evidence presented so far relates to alleged crimes committed by Manafort before the campaign began.

“For-profit developers have predominantly built for the luxury and higher end of the market, leaving a glut of overpriced apartments in some cities,” said Diane Yentel, president and chief executive of the National Low Income Housing Coalition, an advocacy group. “Some decision-makers believed this would ‘filter down’ to the lowest income people, but it clearly will not meet their needs.”

This whole “collusion isn’t a crime” thing is uttered to appeal to a base that is too stupid to know the truth. This is like saying killing one’s brother is not a crime because the word “fratricide” is not in the statute.
Trumpists’ problem is that the elements of this matter — a member of the campaign team accepted a meeting with emissaries of a foreign government for the purpose of discussing dirt on the opponent — violate US law. Conspiracy against the US is a crime even if it doesn’t include the word collusion.
