Why hold a meeting about a response to a non-existent tape?

You think Yankee fan is going to quit supporting trump if a tape leaked of Trump calling someone the N-word? FUCK TO THE NO.

 

I do wonder what non-political thing Trump would have to do to lose the support of people like YF and my dad.

What if he said coffee machines were the enemy of the people?

 

I would think a subpoena of all internal records related to The Apprentice would turn up many things.
If there is 'a tape to prove it' - enough with the reality show drama horseshit and release the tape.
Not like it will make a difference at this point.

Outside of saying "I support Hillary" there is literally nothing that trump could do to lose the support of YF and your dad. Nothing.
And my dad if he was still alive.

 

If that tape actually existed, it would have come out much sooner. But it was fake locker room talk.

 

At this point, Trump supporters are so emotionally invested and had to swallow so much - it's like when people rationalize continuing to fight a war so the dead won't have died "in vain" and becomes more about winning the war and forgetting the original reason behind it. In Trump's case, substitute dead soldiers with rationality and human decency.

 

Same thing the Steelers would need to do to lose the support of Pittsburghers.

 

I don't think that is necessarily true, at least in the case of my dad and people like him. He would love to have been able to vote for a by-the-book Republican against Hillary. I do think there is a limit. I'm hesitant to ask though, because I don't think I want to do know how far from reality it actually is.

Of course, there are definitely others who would still support him if he shit in their cereal.
