Reminds me of Charles Barkley claiming to have been misquoted in his autobiography.

Trump never wrote any of his books.

Almost unnoticed this week: revelation that Trump’s Evangelical Pollution Agency has allowed asbestos— a known carcinogen— back into the US. Are Trumpists so determined to sacrifice health at the altar of public greed that they will cheer this? Do Trumpists think they can’t get cancer?

Pretty sure Grant wrote his memoirs

And if by famous you mean celebrities, yeah. You are right. But trump campaigned on, among other lies, his having written best selling business books to show his brilliance. Lies inside a lie wrapped in a lie.

Serious people wrote their own books. And I think it’s time to acknowledge that JFK was both a dilettante and a serious person.

Trumpists hope they can one day own an asbestos mine and be a wealthy entrepreneur.

At least Trump didn’t have Bill Ayers write his book.

Trump thinks asbestos isn’t harmful and in the interview that his ghost writer turned into his 1997 book, he said “that the movement against asbestos was led by the mob, because it was often mob-related companies that would do the asbestos removal. Great pressure was put on politicians, and as usual, the politicians relented. Millions of truckloads of this incredible fire-proofing material were taken to special ‘dump sites’ and asbestos was replaced by materials that were supposedly safe but couldn’t hold a candle to asbestos in limiting the ravages of fire.”

Donald Trump thinks asbestos removal is a mob conspiracy

@typefitter looks at his bank account, nodding agreeingly.
