FYI, I believe Steve Martin has written all of his books.

 

Neither did Obama.

 

Don't know about any of his many other books, but Jimmy Carter definitely wrote his presidential memoirs alone.

LBJ had a team for his, including Doris Kearns. The Falcon and the Snowman author wrote Reagan's.

 

Mark Salter has written most, if not all, of John McCain's books.

 

Or, as Seth Meyers noted the other night, perpetually looks like a guy who just sat on his balls.
