The post was made in response to how we got here. My contention is that our government is designed to not allow one person to drive our country into a ditch. The separation of powers, checks and balances etc. When those functions aren't working either, that's a problem.

He could have executed a conservative agenda - even an ultraconservative one - without the culture wars and without the weekly degradations.
I think there was a time people were willing to give him that chance.
He blew through that as soon as he started whining about the crowd size and then the travel ban. All inside 10 days of inauguration.

Created and left “on the shelf” with no activity, with the intent to sell it to another person or group of people who want to start a company without going through the time and procedures to start a new one.

A company that has “existed” for longer may have better access to credit, plus investors may be more likely to offer money if a company can claim an earlier start date. Note that some jurisdictions require a company to have existed for a certain amount of time before they’re allowed to bid on government contracts.

I suspect what they’re really curious about was mentioned in this 2011 Reuters report: Special Report: A little house of secrets on the Great Plains

Did the judge not define reasonable doubt in his instructions? Sounds like the jury ain’t too bright. Good news for Trumpists. They’re going to let him walk.
