Manafort hid millions from U.S. taxation. That is on paper and as plain as day. He will be convicted of that. The jury hangup is on the minor details.

That is the ONLY reason they are jacking up the debt. Fortunately, that ends on 11/6.

 

I am pretty sure the jury didn't hear him say this but they are not sequestered so they could have heard eventually (if I understand not being sequestered). Speaking of not being sequestered, Trump refused to say he won't pardon Manafort and went on to say he was a very nice man and is getting screwed over. How is this not tampering?

 

Sure seems like it is.

Edit to add: This goes right along with what we've seen in plain sight. An obstruction of justice case can be made against Trump just from what is public knowledge. Mueller likely has a helluva lot more.

If you could apply retroactive penalties with no statute of limitations, then Jerry Kramer was offsides and the Cowboys win the Ice Bowl.

 

Stripping Brennan’s security clearance is fully within the President’s purview, and entirely defensible.

He’s leaked. He’s lied. He’s set himself up as a partisan opponent of the president.

To maintain the clearance you’re required to behave in the same manner as if you were still employed.
