Confirmed Monday. Why didn't ICE announce it when they arrested the guy last week?

 

So the Manafort jury has delivered a note in which it says it is “unable to come to a consensus on a single count.”
They need more precision in their language. By that, do they mean they don’t have a verdict on any of the 18 counts? Or do they mean they have a verdict on 17 but are hung on one?

My reading is that they've agreed on 17 but can't decide on one. I saw another story that said they asked what happens to the rest of the counts if they can't agree on one of them. The judge told them to keep trying.

Manafort is walking. If they’ve agreed on 17 convictions, what difference does the 18th make? He’s still going to prison forever. No reason to hold out. But there’s obviously a huge difference between zero convictions and one conviction.
