    Wouldn't matter whether the audio and video materials are being consumed via radio and TV or streaming, the material is intended for children and young people.
    Some adults might like it. Probably a lot of them.
    But it isn't intended for them.

    Gen X adults complaining about MTV is akin to complaining about Peppa Pig.

    No. The ratings cratered for the 2nd straight year. Lots of streams, though.

    But I'm finally at an age where I can shake my fist at the youth and yell at clouds, and I'm going to do just that dagnammit!

    I knew I was "old" when I'd look at the Top Hits rankings in the newspaper and couldn't decipher which thing was the song title and which was the name of the artist/group.

    When my fiancee, who is about six years younger, is listening to a female artist on spotify or whatever, I always assume it is Rihanna until told otherwise.
