The Nationals had been shut out twice in a row and led the Mets 1-0 at the end of the seventh inning today.
    They ended up winning 15-0.

When the coach pulled the starters late in the third quarter, that made all the difference.

That's disgraceful! He should know you don't put an apostrophe on the possessive pronoun.

Or capitalize an adverb after a comma.

Nice job by the Reds front office. They ended up with nothing for Aroldis Chapman

    Reds Outright Rookie Davis

Davis, 25, underwent hip surgery last October and has been on the disabled list all season as he recovered from that procedure. The right-hander was one of the four players Cincinnati acquired for Aroldis Chapman in the 2015-16 offseason. None of the other three — Eric Jagielo (Marlins), Tony Renda (Red Sox) or Caleb Cotham(retired) — are with the organization any longer.

MTM, how much blame is on the scouts who, presumably, looked at these players and signed off on the trade. I realize they don't really have a say, but their A-OK has to hold some weight, right?

Did they get anything in return for Renda or Jagielo?
