I was thinking about getting that for the ND game this weekend. I have to find out what the wait is for the place near me.

Pepe is certainly worth the trip to New Haven. As is Sally's.

    Modern Apizza, too.

Is New Haven the great American pizza capital?

Again. Fruit does not belong on a fucking pizza.
    Meat.
    Cheese.
    Sauce.
    That's it.
    That's all.
    Everything else is just shit.

Ham And Pineapple for ever fuckers.

Sauce comes from tomatoes, a fruit. There is already fruit on your pizza.

    OK, no fruit except tomatoes.

Bake a pie if it makes you happy. But don't call it a pizza.

Olives and roasted red peppers are technically fruits too, and both pair quite well with pepperoni.

But no pineapple, for the love of god.

    You are killing me.

So it's not a "no fruit" thing. Let me be clear: Don't put anything that doesn't belong on a pizza on a pizza. Simple really.

    Shrimp.

Shrimp is fine on a pizza.

Baby shrimp, swimming their lil' heads off in an ocean of EVOO, atop a sharp provolone/mozz mix. That is fine.
