You are the only one still talking about this.

You are becoming a saltier OOP.

Ty, you have got to be trolling us. That's all I can figure. :p

Why? Poin is so hung up on the fact that a few posters, myself included, defended YF's presence here that he brings it up every time YF posts about anything. His vendetta against the guy is just like OOP's; neither can see past it when responding to him. Poin's punches hit harder, but they are the same punches.

Otherwise, this has been a really interesting thread.

Of the several tricky things about Louis CK—and to me, interesting—is that so much of his act was built on masturbation (like the bit about wishing he could cum, not sexually, but as a defence mechanism, like those lizards who spit blood from their eyes) or how men are dangerous to women. If you look back at some of his stuff now, you can see that he was being completely honest in his creepdom. We thought it was just a joke. Now that we know what we know, he won't be able to land that kind of material. So he needs to become a new comedian. It's like watching Tiger come up with a new golf swing. If you so choose, you get to watch one of the greatest to play the game try to play the game a whole new way.

Is that true? His audience might be smaller, but presumably the people who are coming back will still like hearing that material.

The outraged are holding court on social media, but consumers have their own mind. He can find them.

Maybe worth noting here since we're talking about him, that Tiger did two big televised apologies before he came back, including specific mentions of what he was doing to modify his own behavior.

Tiger is certainly a top-10 golfer for this century.

This is a twitter thread worth reading, and I don't say that very often.
