Nope. They can't touch the special counsel. It's an administrative procedure by DOJ and it's strictly kosher. The Court majority has to carefully walk the line on how it helps define constitutional powers because the other two branches can and do change party hands. If they declare the President is above the law and the President becomes a Democrat, their majority now ain't worth shit.
