And that's not even counting the comics spinoffs that are considered canon to some of the timelines.
I laid it out a few months ago on this very thread:

There's a new Chucky movie in the works, too. Chucky with decent CGI? The mind boggles.

Didn't they just have a Chucky movie (Cult of Chucky) a year or two ago?

Beats me. Not a horror guy, but I see a lot of stuff on HSX.

IMDB says Cult of Chucky was 2017.

Just looked, remake of "Child's Play" is in development. No prospective release date at this point, just somebody trying to make a deal.

Speaking of which, do any of y'all play on HSX? Hollywood Stock Exchange - it lists films as stocks and actors/directors as bonds. They give you $2M virtual dollars when you start, and then you invest. It's fun on its own, but it's an absolutely wonderful way to find out what's in the pipe. You can look up an actor and see what he's got upcoming. They also have new previews running on a chyron, so you can get on them early. Big films you usually hear of about the same time, but there are a lot of smaller niche movies that I've seen first there.

I got started on it years back. Portfolio is currently at $1.48B. There's a lot of buy and hold in that... I've gotten in early on any number of things because I knew the book that the property was based on. Got in early on Harry Potter, for instance, made a killing. There are guys who really work at it, day trading, limit orders, derivatives, shorting, all of that. I generally just keep an eye on the IPO's and watch for what's hot and try to get in early as possible.

Damn shame it's not real money, lol.

Anyhow, you oughta check it out. HSX.com

  8. Probably angling for a tie-in to Marvel's X-Men universe. ... Myers-Wolverine team up.

So Blackkklansman - nobody is ever going to accuse Spike Lee of being subtle, and the tonal shifts are jarring - particularly at the end when we realize the film's "happy ending" wasn't happy and didn't end anything. I do think the footage from Charlottesville somewhat overwhelmed the film. Stills of the scene over the end credits would have been more effective, particularly since the footage they used was more gripping than anything we saw in the previous two hours.
I do think John David Washington can do whatever he wants though. We discussed the swagger that Reynolds had, Washington has it too (not a surprise given his pops).

Tag. It had one hilarious line about journalism....and not much else to recommend.

The cast and plot made it seem like it had a lot of promise.
