Games like this show why Fitzpatrick is a great backup QB. He can put up huge games at times, but he's mediocre over the long term.

The Browns just Mr. Magoo’d their way into their game with the Steelers.

Vikings hold the immortal Jimmy Garappolo to 261 yards and 1 TD. Possibly the greatest defensive performance ever.

Browns driving for the game-winning field goal, and then Taylor underthrows Gordon when it looks like he had the DB beat. Interception. Still have overtime to go, but it was an incredibly Browns-y outcome.

Another three yards on that throw and Gordon walks into the end zone.

And vintage-era Randall Cunningham. He had 36 rushing yards, a rushing TD, and a key scramble for a first down to help them ice the game.

Do the Chargers have 500 fans at their home opener?

    Bonus late game!
Titans and Dolphins just now underway in the second half after a two-hour weather delay. The delay came with about a minute and a half left in the second quarter, so they just took a quick timeout instead of a full halftime.

Haaaa. I kind of like Taylor as a starter, but him being QB1 for the Browns kind of reeks of Jackson trying to save his job. I'm not sure why they kept him (says me and everyone), when it seemingly made more sense to let your new GM also bring in a new head coach, if he's also drafting a new QB. Like I don't think Jackson is a great coach or anything, but the roster has enough high draft picks and talent, and Taylor is competent enough to play around 8-8 maybe, and then you're stuck with Jackson another year. (p.s. Taylor's agent should show teams the tape from this Bills Week 1 game to show how much of a difference his client makes.)
