So an 11th hour, anonymous accusation, about something that happened 30 years ago in high school, whose name apparently will not be made public by one of the key figures in the fight to sink Kavanaugh, that doesn't seem the least bit ridiculous and convenient?

EDIT: I reserve the right to change my opinion if this turns out to have been an unreported rape or sexual assault. Doesn't matter how long ago it happened in that case. A rapist is a rapist forever. I was speaking to the accuser's seeming desire not to pursue it. That shuts the door, it would seem to me.

Agree on the bit about an unreported rape, but after 30 years there better be a lot more to it (with some proof) than an anonymous accusation than he was a horn teenager who got a little too grabby on the second date.
