How are they using the scientific method?

Literally just wrote a blog on this for a client. Carbon monoxide killed 75 people between 1991 to 2012. 83 percent of them were people who had generators running in an enclosed area.

I only know one offensive gesture.

Seriously though - what if you wound up on TV, made some kind of move, scratch, whatever, with no damn idea - and got caught up in some kind of investigation?

The World Of 2018 scares the shit out of me.

    Never want to be interrogated.
Never want to talk to authorities.
Never want to be on TV.

Increasingly want to be off the grid.

On an unrelated note (mostly), I was following a car this morning in which the driver appeared to be communicating with his front seat passenger in sign language. Later, I thought, damn that must be tough to do, even just one-handed you miss half of the conversation.

But at the time I thought: “Holy shit, keep your hands on the steering wheel!”

So I have to worry about:
    Drunk drivers
    High drivers
    Texters
    Morons
    Self-driving morons
    And now deaf people.

    Fuck

No wonder I have trouble sleeping nowadays.

I'm surprised the number is that low. I wrote about six of them between 2001-2007.

Fine. Six million 96-year-old Jews died because "they were very affected by what they saw out the window."

That’s what I’m constantly telling other drivers.

    In slightly different language.

I'm saying NOBODY knows exactly how many people died . . .

    1) . . . because of the hurricane . . .
    2) . . . in and above how many would have died had someone else been president

In the United States, we have state and local governments that pounce on this shit long before FEMA gets a single boot on the ground. In Puerto Rico they had FEMA . . . and I'm not sure what else.

My county's school system has been closed since THURSDAY, and will be through MONDAY . . . even though the first drop of rain did not fall until Friday night. My neighborhood blocked two low-lying roads susceptible to flooding. Overprepared? Sure. But that's why fewer die when this shit hits our shores.
