How many people were hired to work here?

They keep saying my moderator checks will be in the mail, but it's been 15 years and I'm really starting to get skeptical.

If I only log in at work, am I getting paid to be here?

Not if you're one of our interns, in which case you're being paid in valuable experience and exposure.

I do wonder what the demand is for The Ringer -- where does its operating money really come from?

I listen to Simmons on the podcasts, unless they're about the NBA. (I love basketball but I'm burned out on all of the free-agency talk... it'll be the same 4 teams in contention in May anyway and the regular season barely matters anymore). They're must listens for me. Lombardi's GM Street is stellar. Most of the movie/culture is past me and I'll admit that.

For those who say companies like this shouldn't judge by the color of the skin in the hiring process, aren't you also making judgments based on the color of the skin of these company employees?

It must be. However I just hit the forward button each time and that’s it.
