I wonder if one of the existing conservative justices slides over to become the swing vote. I'd keep my eye on Gorsuch.

I would've said Roberts, but as chief justice he can't be seen as wishy-washy. And it will definitely not be Thomas or Alito.

When you are on an island, we're supposed to take you seriously. If it is somebody you disagree with, suddenly it matters how many people do or do not support that point of view.

I wonder just how many points you are going to fail to grasp in this discussion. You completely missed the point of my last few posts. Let me try to make it even simpler, just for you.

You keep complaining because I refuse to accept your characterization of your own argument. Never mind that you do keep defending Trump's actions. Again, I never said it was because you like the guy. It's because you are on Russia's side no matter what and that tends to put you with him. You also keep claiming that both political sides in this country are the same. You are basically engaging in the same whataboutism that constantly poisons this thread and it always seems to be in defense of the Republicans. I don't care if you love that party or not. It's where you keep ending up in the argument.

You claim I should take your word for it when you say you aren't on a certain side, yet you refuse to show me the same respect. Everything you are whining about having me do to you is exactly what you have been doing to me. For that reason, I've been throwing the exact same type of crap right back at you, though in this case, there is at least some evidence to support what I'm writing about you.

 

As much fun as I have made of her, I kinda come down on her side here. She's wearing extremely traditional wardrobe for a Euro in Africa. As to looking like Belloq, she also looks like hundreds of other actors' wardrobe indicating tropical environments.

The pith helmet was a little over the top, and the guy in a tie thing isn't sexually traditional, but it looks good on her. It remains to be seen what action follows the visit.

For all Sen Collins, and she is a sterling c@nt, she has said she believes Ford was assaulted by someone else. A possibility Ford denies. Therefor Collins believes Ford lies. Or acollins doesn’t think lying about drunken sexual assaults is a disqualifier.

Which is odd. Because even trump makes his sexual assaults when sober
