Maybe because I live in a red state, I just don’t see the blue wave coming. The Dems here are an afterthought. But amongst friends in other states, I see a lot of the same “feels” that I saw in November 2016. the Dems are going into a victory dance in the third quarter. They have no clue they are the playing baseball.

The Democrats have about a three in four chance to win the House. That's hardly a lock, but it does justify confidence. You cannot run successful election campaigns telling people their work, enthusiasm and votes are probably all for nothing. And if you think Democrats aren't doing a lot of fretting I don't think you know enough Democrats. Hell, it's all some of them do.
