I’ve done some work with Gibbs over the years. He is an odd, odd cat. Last time I checked (circa 2015) , he had never done anything on a computer. Ever. He had no email address. I only think staff got email circa 2012. You email his secretary, she prints it out, hands it to him, he writes a response and then hands it back to her, she types it up, gives it back to him and if approved she emails you back.

 

If Trump had green hair (and lost a little weight), he could be an Oompa Loompa!
