"The Accidental Bone Saw" is a good title for my next chapbook of villanelles.

I never meant to imply you were one who thought otherwise because it never crossed my mind you were. As the party that actually contains a multi-racial coalition, Democrats will always be associated with "diversity politics" by the party that is about white social dominance, the Republicans.

I just want to reiterate a point I made at that same time. While it is unusual for someone with a Rutgers-level law degree to end up teaching at Harvard (or Yale or Stanford) law school, it is also not so out of left field as to be implausible but for some kind of affirmative action boost.

She followed a pretty typical linear progression from teaching at Houston, Texas, Penn then Harvard and by all accounts was a phenomenal teacher. She also published respectable scholarship.

At the time I pointed out that I have a friend who happens to be a white, cis man, and who is a rising rockstar in legal education. He graduated from a less respected law school than Rutgers. If he is not at one of the so-called top six law schools within the next decade, I will be shocked. He is publishing groundbreaking scholarship and is a phenomenal classroom teacher.
