President Trump: The NEW one and only politics thread

Pretty much since the beginning:

 

I think this is a good move for a couple of reasons.

1. Can't be accused of trying to tip the election, like Comey.

2. Releasing the report now, with a complicit Republican congress, won't have the same effect as it will if the House goes to the Democrats.

I really hope Mueller writes a book. I'd love to know his thinking each step of the way.

 

It has to wait until after the midterms.

But then will Donald feel the pressure if the House and/or Senate flip and then he moves on Mueller's bosses and the new bosses fire Mueller and try to bury the report.

Fun times ahead!

 

There may not just be a report. There could well be more indictments. Those can't be withheld from the public.

I like Obama, but he needs to hire new writers.

 

Trump says he has an amazing reputation and will not let him down.

 

I may answer the door for Halloween trick-or-treaters this year with a strainer on my head.
