    So Jimmy Buffett played a GOTV concert with Florida Democrats. The reaction of some Parrotheads on IG to photos Buffett posted is amazing. He played concerts to raise money for Jerry Brown in the 70s, Clinton during his first POTUS run and has been vocal about environmental issues. Yet these folks didn’t know that?

    Buffett didn't change. They did. That awkward moment when you realize you've become the people Buffett regularly clowns in his songs while cashing their checks.
    I think they knew it - but like global warming, they chose to ignore it until they couldn't anymore.

    Jimmy Buffett hosted a huge fundraiser at his Sag Harbor, N.Y. home for Hillary Clinton in 2016.
    I'm pretty sure he played at one of Bill's inauguration banquets. I don't remember if it was the first or second.

    Update: I just checked people's comments on IG. Pretty funny.
