President Trump: The NEW one and only politics thread

I never really left. Just been posting less and on disparate threads.

And it's farther, not further.

 

Someone please tell Donald Jr. to stand closer to the razor when he shaves. He's starting to look like Nixon that way.

 

I'm sure this will act as a deterrent:

 

GOP must be defeated. It is a moral imperative.

 

My prediction -- because no one asked -- is that we're gonna need a whole bunch of new safe spaces starting tomorrow after this predicted blue wave turns out to be a ripple. I have no faith in polls. I do have faith in people continuing to vote for their perceived self-interest, which to me signals victory for the GOP. I hope I'm wrong.

Never underestimate the depth and strength of America's racism.

 

Nor its misogyny. After 2016, I never will again.

What gives me hope -- however scant -- is the belief that 2016 was largely about not voting for Clinton. Now it's simply a referendum on Trump. Do people want to stay the course? If so, we are truly screwed.

 

Trump supporters don't care about Trump's lies in part because many of them believe every politician lies and every politician in the pocket of rich people.
