I am loving this new -trapped-trump. I have been waiting for this. It is great to see him acting out already. My guess is he has a real tantrum in public, and as Kramer said--let the expletives fly. I think we may even get a "bitch" or worse. Two years of his misery to enjoy!

He is explicitly accusing them of defrauding an election in an attempt to stop them from counting valid votes because he might lose.

I have a pretty big fucking problem with it.

The new acting AG is making Trumpist sycophants squirm. They want to love him as their lord and savior hath commanded, but he’s so weird that he thinks Marbury v. Madison is evil. That puts him at odds with Roberts, Alito and — gasp! — Beer Bong Brett. What are they to do?

Believing Marbury versus Madison was wrongly decided is one of those half-baked opinions that dumb people think make them smart because they learned a very superficial fact that seems to contradict conventional wisdom, but they can't be bothered to learn the deeper context that makes their pithy pronouncement wrong.

It's the legal equivalent of saying "We're not a democracy, we're a Republic" and thinking you've made some kind of point.

How come we never brag about spreading "Republicism" to other countries?

What's the comp on Obama in 2010 vs. Trump 2018?
