I could see Dirty Donnie trying to sneak in a few midnight judges, though. He essentially already has.

We're getting a new argument rolling out here as well -- Democrats are "disenfranchising rural voters" by counting the ballots from larger cities.

You knew all of this was coming, it was just a matter of time.

So, the Republican position is that not every vote should be counted. That sort of seems wrong to me

Executive Time has been extended to an embarrassing level today. Nothing quite like a president trying to shut down and invalidate an election before it's over.

The next couple of years is going to be such a shitshow now that he actually has one check on his power.

Here's the thing. Time Warner/CNN is chock-full of media lawyers, particularly ones with experience in Constitutional Law as it pertains to media. Every contract the company signs gets nit-picked to death, because that's what lawyers do. I've had to chat with them several times, once over a NASCAR story that the sanctioning body claimed "violated the partnership," once when the Final Four brackets got released in-house before they were unveiled on TV and I happened to read the e-mail.

I know somebody in the offices in downtown Atlanta or Manhattan has studied every nuance of this.

So what the hell's going on at CNN Center or Time Warner Center? As soon as the doo-doo hit the fan, why didn't Jeff Zucker dail up Legal and ask to file an immediate injunction with a federal judge? This is theater on both sides, and not sure why he's playing along with it. Acosta's just a stooge right now.

The playbook for Trumpanzees goes back o 2016 when he was asked if he'd abide by the results of the election, and he said as long as he won.

Welp, there it is. The President of the United States is openly declaring freely held elections to be invalid on paper-thin pretenses because he doesn't like the result.

Edit: I mean, our own elections. We do that all the time for other people's.

I can say without a doubt that I like nipples a whole hell of a lot more than Ted Cruz's face.
