So they were formed during WWI but fought Russians in the Russian civil war.

 

How 'bout that? Never knew that.
There were so many minor fronts in WWI, though, that it's not surprising. There was an entire campaign in Africa that lasted the length of the war that you never hear about.

 

While WWI was still going on, so maybe it's confusion or technically still considered part of WWI? That is confusing.

French President Emmanuel Macron said at the WWI ceremony "Nationalism is a betrayal of patriotism." Meanwhile, Trump got a thumbs-up from Putin when he walked in.

 

The Party of True Patriots™ sure does choke down a lot of sub-patriotic behavior from this dunce.

One wonders why.

 

Apparently world leaders marched up the Champs Elysee to the Arc de Triomphe. Trump went separately in a motorcade. Fat ass couldn't walk.
