Every one of the political commercials in PA against democratic candidates played the, “And they’ll be a tool for evil Nancy Pelosi” card. Every damn one.

 

The redhats will always CONDOne this type of behavior as long as it is a Dem doing it.

 

The reason these attacks worked in 2016 and not 2018 is that everybody knew who Hillary Clinton was, and not too many people knew who Nancy Pelosi was. A significant percentage of voters can't name their own congressperson, let alone the speaker.

 

I painted with an overly broad brush in response to same...I don't believe rural people by definition are dumb, nor do I believe rich, liberal and snob go hand-in-hand.

Can someone give me honest, legit reasons why people are so anti-Pelosi?
I know why Fox News watchers don't like her: Democrat, California, liberal, woman, etc.
About the only thing I can come up with why Democrats are against her is age and knowing she be an albatross around their neck because of the above mentioned.

We do need some younger blood (she's nearly 80) in that spot, but otherwise, I honestly don't know why so many people on both sides campaigned more against her than their actual opponent.

 

She's been the top House Dem since 2007, a run that includes 2016.
