No kidding. It's a lot easier to do a photo op in Malibu than east of Sacramento. When Brown talks about forest management, he's talking about not letting so many people build in fire zones. When Trump does, he means selling them off to one of his Mar-a-Lago cronies. Forests, private, state and federal in California are kazillions of acres. You couldn't "manage" them in the Trump style without spending about the annual outlay for the DoD. The wall looks rational in comparison.
